1How do you take the monthly payments?
We accept a Direct Debit taken monthly on an agreed date starting a few days after sign up.
2Is their a deposit or upfront cost?
No, the only cost is £35 + VAT per month starting from the initial signup day.
3Do I own the website? If not, why not?
No, all content provided by you is owned by you but all images, written content, and the design layout by Business 101 Limited are solely owned by Business 101 Limited. This is to keep your costs down and enable us to offer a discounted monthly rate with no deposit.
4Can I have control or access to update the website?
Yes, we can give you access to the backend to add news and make minor changes.
5Can Business 101 manage the website for me, updating news, price lists, images etc?
Yes, we can help you with that for a small month extra fee.
6How do I access emails?
We give you a webmail login, accessed using a browser. We can set up multiple devices for you for a one-off fee of £10 + VAT
7How much space do I have for emails on the server for storage?
We allocate 2GB per account and you can have up to 5 email accounts with 5 forwarding emails.
8Do you offer any support for the website once it's built and designed?
If you need help to update your website by adding news, changing telephone numbers, pricing changes, opening hour changes etc, this comes as part of our standard service. If you require specific help with more complex changes, we can assist for £20 per hour if it's outside the normal updating of the website.
